Zapach, M.A., is a licensed psychologist who received her graduate degree from Sarah Lawrence College, NY and completed post
graduate education at Duquesne University. She has professional experience working in mental health and
school settings in positions including case manager, therapist, psychologist, and director of child and adolescent outpatient
unit. She uses a variety of therapeutic modalities including art therapy, play therapy, meditation, guided
imagery, and energy psychology techniques. Areas of interest include child, adolescent, older adults, child development, adoption,
care giver support, depression, child abuse/neglect, sensory impairment, medical issues, physical disabilities, intellectual
disabilities, developmental delays, and autism,. She is a member of the American Psychological Association
and the Pennsylvania Psychological Association.
